The Dacha is located along Calamba Road, Sungay East, Tagaytay City, about 5 minutes walk from the famous Picnic Groove and an hour and a half easy drive to the country's business districts. Offering luxurious and elegant first class accommodations, the Dacha is composed of a five-storey 28-room hotel, 8 studio units, 12 one-bedroom units and 5 3-bedroom villas, all fully furnished and spacious for your needs.

• Studio Units
Designed with a festive Philippine look, studio unit is furnished with individual air-conditioning units, 1 King sized bed, colored TV , full bath, Mini refrigerator. Maximum of 4 occupants.
• One Bedroom Units
Designed for couples and small families, each one bedroom unit is furnished with individual air-conditioning units, 1 King sized bed and a pullout sleeper sofa, colored TV with cable selection, full bath, IDD / NDD telephone system,Mini refrigerator and a fully equipped kitchenette. Maximum of 6 occupants.
• Three Bedroom Villa
Designed with a festive Philippine look, each villa is built and created to exceed your expectations for luxury and comfort. With 180 sq. m. of living space, Individual air-conditioning units in each room, 1 King sized bed in the master bedroom, colored TV , 2 full baths, spacious living room, individual washer and dryer, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Maximum of 10 occupants.

Tagaytay Dacha Hotel Villas Resort is located at the Eastern side of Tagaytay City, right in the heart of the tourist area along Calamba Road. You will find the famous Picnic Grove just a stone’s throw away, and the Palace in the Sky and Tagaytay Highlands a 5- minute drive further down the road.
Tagaytay Dacha is also accessible to Ninoy Aquino International Airport ( 30 Kms or a 60-minute drive); Makati City , the country’s premier business district (also a 60-minute drive), industrial parks (a 15-minute drive), theme parks (a 25-minute drive) and beautiful beaches (Batangas is only 20-30 minutes away.)
