Accommodation
Sumisid Lodge is a 2 story building with 5 airconditioned rooms with private bathrooms on the ground floor and 6 fan rooms with common bathrooms on the top floor. The airconditioned rooms have 2 single beds and are equipped with cold water showers only, not that the water gets very cold, it's usually around 26-29c. The fan rooms have common bathrooms only, which have been newly renovated and are kept very clean and tidy.
Amenities and Facilities
The lodge is build entirely from native materials such as bamboo and woods and has a very cozy, homily atmosphere! It further features a lounge area, which doubles as a dining room, as well as a big outdoor verandah where you can sit, relax, read a book, enjoy a drink and from where you walk straight onto the beach.
Dive Center
The dive center is 15m away.........in the morning you enjoy your breakfast and then just stroll over to the dive shop for the morning dive, back for lunch and out again for your afternoon dive..
Your dive equipment can be stored overnight, and the staff carries your tank to the boat, all making for a very relaxing, comfortable holiday! The house reef and drop off is 30m. away, so aside from diving, it's ideal for swimming and snorkeling as well.

Children Traveling Alone for the Holidays
If possible send your child with a cell phone they can use in the case of emergencies. You should also pack a list of contact phone numbers with them and any medical information that could be useful in the event of an accident. Avoid placing children who are flying alone for the holidays on those flights that have layovers if you can help it.
